We laughingly call our competition BBQ team/company the "hobby that went awry". What once started as a way for college friends and work colleagues to keep in touch has evolved over the past 20+ years ago into a full service BBQ company. We manufacture a unique line of International Award Winning BBQ sauces like Smokin’ Blues, Smokin’ Razz, and Smokin’ Razz Bold-n-Spicy, and BBQ dry rubs like Smokin’ Spice and Smokin’ Rub. In addition, we offer a wide variety of ancillary services like custom catering, culinary smoke cooking classes, restaurant support, and special events planning. Our restaurant support program and BBQ products have help several local restaurants earn Best of Tulsa awards over the past decade. In the mid-nineties Urban Tulsa Magazine awarded Steamroller Blues & BBQ Restaurant with Best New Restaurant and consecutive years running Best BBQ Restaurant. Now, The Clubhouse Bar & Grill at the Spirit Bank Event Center in Bixby, OK offers some of the same recipes that made Steamroller a top Tulsa favorite.
Through the backing of community organizations, we founded several barbeque competitions in Northeastern Oklahoma:
1. The Art of BBQ – The Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa,
2. The Bixby BBQ and Music Festival - Bixby Rotary Club
3. The Claremore Boots and BBQ Festival – Claremore Rotary Club, and
4. In 2010, a new BBQ festival organized by the Broken Arrow Civitans.

It has been our third year for fundraising with “3 Guys Smokin’”. Each year just gets better and better. Craig has been so easy to work with. Always ready to bring us more product on a moments notice to sell. This year was great. It not only gives us the opportunity to sell this amazing BBQ sauce and Spice, but it gives us the huge window of opportunity for donations to help us meet our goals for the Pom squad. “3 Guys Smokin’” has been very successful for our organization and has helped us raise the funds needed for the success of our program. I highly recommend this product to any group interested in fundraising. Best BBQ sauce in Oklahoma!!
