 It's that time again, and we can't wait! Come see us this weekend at the Bixby Blues & BBQ festival at beautiful Washington Irving Park in Bixby. Get there Saturday morning at around 11:00 and bring the kids. Buy a taster kit and enjoy BBQ from over 50 teams. Don't be late because taster kits sell out quick.
 There will be a total of over 100 teams competing this year, and if you are a fan of TLC's BBQ Pitmasters, you will find their booth directly across from your favorite BBQ team in the whole world (us). There will also be a fantastic lineup of music and other entertainment.

Doc's Country Mart, just over the bridge in Bixby, now carries 3 Guys Smokin' products. Doc's also has a great selection of meat for all of your BBQ needs.  On January 10th, join 3 Guys Smokin as they present their Appetizers & Party Pleasers class just in time for the Superbowl! Invite your family and friends over and impress them with these recipes! On the menu for the evening will include Zesty Snack Crackers, Chicago Style Chili, C's Wings (you've never had wings until you have tasted these!), Drunken Bratwurst (my favorite), Shrimp Dip, Salpicon Brazilian Brisket Wraps, and Spinach Souffle' Stuffed Shrooms .
